Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Amybot platform operated by Bubobot Company Limited. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Principles

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights of others.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

Illegal and Harmful Activities

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Facilitate criminal activity
  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material
  • Facilitate human trafficking or exploitation

Fraud and Deception

  • Engage in phishing, impersonation, or social engineering
  • Create or distribute disinformation or misleading content
  • Create fake accounts or engage in review manipulation

Harmful AI Practices

  • Deploy agents that discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Use agents for unauthorized surveillance or tracking
  • Deploy agents that make high-stakes decisions (employment, credit, healthcare) without human oversight
  • Create agents that manipulate or deceive users
  • Fail to disclose to users when they are interacting with an AI agent

Infrastructure Abuse

  • Launch denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Use the Platform for cryptocurrency mining
  • Circumvent usage limits or security controls
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform

Content Violations

  • Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Upload defamatory, obscene, or hateful content
  • Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights

Third-Party Platform Compliance

  • Violate the terms of service, acceptable use policies, or community guidelines of any third-party platform that your agent interacts with (including but not limited to messaging platforms, social media platforms, or any AI model provider you connect)
  • Use the Platform to circumvent restrictions, bans, or rate limits imposed by third-party platforms
  • Deploy agents on third-party platforms in ways that misrepresent the agent's identity or purpose to those platforms

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All activities conducted through your account and any agents you deploy
  • Ensuring your agents comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines of all third-party platforms they interact with
  • Any consequences, penalties, or account actions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of your agents' behavior
  • Obtaining any required permissions or consents before deploying agents that interact with end users on third-party platforms

Bubobot Company Limited is not liable for any damages, losses, account suspensions, or penalties you incur on third-party platforms due to your agents' activities. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your violation of third-party platform policies.

4. Enforcement

We may take action against violations, including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Suspending or restricting your account
  • Permanently terminating your account
  • Removing content or disabling agents
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement

We determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@amybot.ai.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
